Freshman Honors Scholarship Fall 2025- Presidential, Provost and Dean Scholarships
Freshman Honors Scholarships Fall 2025
Students who are freshman admitted for the fall 2025 term may be eligible for the Honors Scholarships. The Presidential, Provost and Deans scholarship are awarded from the same applicant pool.

Applicant Requirements
:
-Applicants must be admitted by November 15, 2024.
-Must have a 3.65 unweighted High School GPA on a 4.0 scale.
-Complete and submit the requirements listed below by December 6, 2024
-Complete the FAFSA no later than December 31, 2024
-Submit a document not to exceed one page in length that includes activity outside of required coursework within the last 4-5 years.
Expectations of Presidential Scholarship Winners as GSU Students
:
-Maintain at least a 3.5/4.0 cumulative GPA (evaluated after each semester)
-Maintain good academic and behavior standing with GSU
-Participate in the GSU Honors College freshman-senior years. Earn at least two HP points toward graduating with honors and complete appropriate HP experiences each academic year.
Recommendation Letters

-Submit two letters of recommendation from teachers or school officials by December 6, 2024.
