Transfer Thursday

During Transfer Thursday, you will have the opportunity to receive an on-the-sport admissions decision! You will first complete the online application prior to Transfer Thursday, then on the day of, you will come to GovState with all official transcripts from all previously attended institutions. 

You are ready for Transfer Thursdays if:

• You have earned at least 24 semester credit hours or more of college coursework.
• You have 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA.
• You can obtain official transcripts from your previously attended institutions(s)

Application deadlines apply to some undergraduate programs. Please review our list of undergraduate degree programs for admission requirements and deadline information about your program of interest.

Due to program requirements, we cannot provide on-the-spot admission decisions for the following programs: Biology Teacher Education, Business & Applied Science, Chemistry Teacher Education, Math Teacher Education, Nursing, and Social Work.
