DDP New Student Appointments

The Dual Degree Program (DDP) is a partnership GSU has with 17 partnering community colleges. DDP is designed for students who are working on an Associate’s degree to best prepare them for transferring to a four-year institution. By joining DDP, you work together with your assigned Transfer Specialist to create a personalized study plan that plans out all the classes you need to take at your community college. This study plan, along with advising from your Transfer Specialist, will prepare you for a successful transfer!

Some of the benefits of joining this program include a locked-in tuition rate, guaranteed admission to GSU (with Nursing and Social Work being exceptions), and two scholarships that are exclusively available to DDP students that can cover all your tuition and fees! Joining DDP is completely free, and the only requirements for joining are to enroll and maintain a full-time status (12 credit hours or more per semester), maintain a GPA of 2.0 or above, and meet with your Transfer Specialist once a semester to update your study plan.
